505Design is a multi-disciplinary design firm located in Boulder, CO and Charlotte, NC. The three founders are John Ward, Nick Igel and Carl Okazaki, with Jim Babinchak joining as partner in 2006. Our principals have a combined 65+ years of experience designing and executing mixed use environments that encompass retail, entertainment venues, streetscape, residential, commercial office and environmental graphics.
We are a young company experiencing tremendous growth, but possess a core staff that has an enviable wealth of talent, knowledge and experience in generating unique ideas, developing innovative concepts and delivering beautiful, functional solutions.
